"Very well set up. Generally well maintained. Lots of stairs. Worked for our three days of skiing. Small garage; door was too low for a car with rooftop cargo box."

"This was the ideal location for being able to ski at Donner Ski Ranch or Sugar Bowl and easily get into Truckee 10 mins away. The beds were comfortable, it was warm and had all the basic kitchen amenities. We liked relaxing in the sauna just down the hall!"

"We had to re-clean the place ourselves. Bathroom rugs in particular were disgusting. Burned out light bulbs. No lamps. Door latch broken. The rental company does not maintain it well for the owner."

"The property location was great as far as ease of getting there, on the lake and proximity to things.It was noisy at night specifically when any neighboring rooms turned their water on for a shower or bath. It is a very cool older property, but b/c of that, it is a bit run down. Most of the outlets did not hold cords without falling out, it was well loved and simply could benefit from a refresh. Overall it was a solid choice to stay for a couple of nights. "
