“Let me start out with the positive. The residence had large, comfortable rooms and a number of them.My experience was anything but perfect for the first day. We had no heat, not water, working stove, the washer did work but the dryer was terrible (4 hours to dry items), and some other minor items.As to the living conditions there were no towels racks or towels available when we checked in for any bathroom. No toilet paper hangers. Lighting in the downstairs bathroom is suboptimal.I would say……

“From initial contact with Serene the communication could not have been any better. The house is wonderful and ideally located to all amenities in Milton. The bedrooms and living areas comfortable. Big shout out to the people of Milton! We were treated like minor celebrities. Applauded into Chans Chinese restaurant..free beers...and everyone so warm and welcoming. If Scotland get back to Boston and you are a larger group (we were 8) then book it!”

“We enjoyed our entire stay in Quincy. Walkable to the beach area and the T, quiet neighborhood and Todd, our host, was helpful and responsive. We had up to 6 people staying in the house and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed grilling burgers on the patio and spending quality time with family for the week. ”

“Our host Muny was very responsive to our questions. The check in & check out directions were simple & clear. The location was very safe and we felt very safe walking to the Savin red T- stop even at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We did not have any problems with it at all but want to tell other guests if they have mobility issues.The inside of the apartment is quite spacious. We had plenty of room for 4 people and there is a trundle bed for 2 more guests to……

“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”
