Search and Rent Camp Springs Condos

"Parking was safe and easy, staff were polite, the lobby was very nice and clean. But my room refrigerator was broke upon arrival (hot air) which was upsetting. The front desk promptly called the maintenance man who came to check it out and replaced it with a new one. There was also no ice and you had to go to the lobby shop, go into a cooler and take ziploc bags of ice. After the first night it took housekeeping until 5pm to even knock to clean the room. At that point we just asked for towels and left out. Other than the minor inconveniences it was a clean property. "

"Overall, the hotel is very nice. Beautiful interior and staff was exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. I upgraded to an Alexander room last minute and was disappointed to find that the carpet and furniture in the room was riddled with stains. It was disgusting and for the price being charged for a suite that should be a non issue. "

"I stayed in one of the rooms that had a river view. The view was truly amazing since the glass was the entire back wall of the room (top to bottom; side to side). "

"Food and staff were awesome. The walls are thin. You can hear the people around you. Nothing they can do about it. Other than that a perfect stay, great location. Didnt use the pool or gym so no comments. The complimentary time was really nice. "
