Three master suits offer oversized closets and large, custom bathrooms with natural light throughout. LED lighting and the first solar house on the island is the Owner’s way of reducing its carbon footprint on this beautiful coastline. Local, handmade tiles are soothing to walk on and help support local business. Custom lighting fixtures and one-of-a-kind furnishes were purchased from local artists commissioned for this home.
