Our charming holiday villa is located directly on the water in the so-called Yacht Club Area, one of the best and most desirable residential areas in Cape Coral. In just 5 minutes you can reach the Gulf of Mexico by sports boat.
From the elegant open living area, consisting of kitchen, living room and dining room, you can enjoy the view of the beautiful pool, the tropical garden and the immediately adjacent saltwater canal. Three bedrooms with two separate bathrooms make the vacation for families up to 6 people. pleasant. Of course the sat. Air-conditioned living area.

The fully equipped kitchen (with completely new electrical appliances) has a comfortable counter with bar stools where you can have a drink or a snack, or just to meet your loved ones the preparation of a fine meal, to keep company. Two dining options offer you all the options for a relaxed or elegant dinner. In the living area you will find a writing and working area (incl. high-speed Internet connection), as well as our comfortable seating area, where you can spend relaxing hours in front of the television.

We calculate the power consumption at USD 0.18 per KW/h from. A security deposit of $15 per day is required and will be held on your credit card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be calculated based on your energy consumption after your stay.

Wonderful
Property was as listed. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy time away from the cold Midwest. Very safe neighborhood and great amenities in the rental for us to enjoy. Easy communication with property manager. The only thing I would suggest is more living room furniture so our whole family could sit and watch a movie.

We stayed at this property qith my sister and brother-in-law and it was very nice.The pool had some algae but other than that everything was great.The location i good because it is close to shopping and places to eat.House was clean and check in was simple.

The property was excellent. Very well kept and comfortable. Property Manager, Sven and his associate Chris were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a medical emergency and they were able to help us extend our stay. Also, I might note that Cape Coral Hospital was excellent with the best care and employees we have experienced.

Great Vacation Home
This was a wonderful place to stay while on vacation. The house had everything we needed and we were even greeted with a bottle of wine as well. The only thing that stood out to me was the check in process. I received an email in German with directions to the property, though there was no information about accessing the rental. I did reach out to the property manager and received a code soon after and everything was taken care of at that point. We were greeted by a man the next morning after our arrival and he asked us if we had any questions and went over things in the area and gave great suggestions on things to check out during our visit. The property manager reached out during the stay to ensure everything was going well with the home. The home is in a great location close to everything, including a restaurant on the beach in the back of the neighborhood. I highly recommend staying at the home if you are looking for a place in or near Cape Coral.

Amazing place
This was a amazing property to stay at. Everything was clean and ready for vacation with ease. Pool was amazing, had some pool toys, we purchased some and left them for others to use. Fishing in the canal was fun, was hot during our stay so bites were far and few between. Seen manatees swimming the canal so that was cool. Would definitely and will stay here again.

25th Year Anniversary Get Away
We enjoyed ourselves, only thing was the pool with cold water, it was a heated pool, but we were not able to warm it. It also rained a lot, and that kept the pool cold. Everything else was great. I would recommend this home to anyone that wants to visit beautiful Cape Coral.

Nice place, but too many surprises
This property sits in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and just as the pictures showed. Aside from that I was disappointed in the whole arrangement. I was charged a foreign currency fee since the owner lives outside of the us. This was not disclosed before appearing on my bank statement. Also not disclosed is the fact that you will pay for all electric usage during your stay. You find that out when you arrive at the house and read the manual of house rules. Another surprise when we arrived after a long day in the car was that we weren’t allowed to use the pool at night. Very disappointing to be sure. Even more disappointing, the next day we found the pool pump hadn’t run in several days as there was a layer of gnats on the pools and the corners were developing algae. Beware, several of the amenities listed aren’t actually available to you.

A Perfect Home Base to Explore SW FL
A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with the perfect set up for 3 couples or 2 couples and 2 children. Our group of friends enjoyed the pool and spa, and mostly just sitting in the lanai enjoying the breezy warm weather. The Yacht Club area was fun for lunches on the water-good food, drinks and entertainment. The trip to Ft. Myers Beach is about 30 minutes away - longer with traffic- but well worth it for the amazing sunsets on the pier and beach time. Some things to note: the spa is not a hot tub, it is the same temp as the pool. There are a lot of bikes in the garage, but only one was usable. We appreciated the use of the coolers, beach towels and beach umbrella that were provided. Although there were minor issues with the home, mostly regarding ceiling fans and lighting, I would definitely stay at this home if I were coming back to the area.

Great for families
Check-in was smooth, the home is beautiful and very spacious, the pool/spa was the best part! We couldn’t bring beach supplies with us on our flight but we were pleasantly surprised with all of the extras that came with the house, so we were able to have a large cooler, small cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, chairs, etc. There were also car seats, a high chair and other things to use. There was an air mattress which would have been convenient but the plug-in attached to it was a foreign plug so we couldn’t use it. The only complaints we had were that the ice maker was stuck/frozen and so the freezer would leak water, the stove kept flipping a breaker (which made it hard to cook, so we ate out a lot more than planned) we called the property manager and he was suppose to call us back but never did, the thermostat seemed to keep going back up to 78 no matter how often we turned it down which made the house very hot. Other than those things, our stay was fantastic!

This is a gorgeous vacation home close to the free yacht club beach and not far from the many activities of Ft Myers beach activities. We loved every minute here and would definitely stay again. We spent most of our time in the pool. Very clean and modern.

Perfectly quiet place in Cape Coral
Check in and check out were very easy. The pool and hot tub are the highlight of your stay. Close proximity to the Yacht Club and public beach, but not too close. This is a peaceful and relaxing getaway spot with everything you need as far as groceries, dining and recreation only a short drive away.
