“I booked this place knowing little other than it was close enough to Cardiff for us to stay after the Bruce Springsteen concert. It was very well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen / dining room, spacious wet room, large bedroom and lounge with a sofa bed. And a hot tub in the communal garden area! One point that is not related to the accommodation that I wish I’d known - some of the roads are very narrow and as it’s a very hilly area there are a few hairpin bends which I found difficult...

“We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Old Post House. Exceptional accommodation, a beautiful large room with comfy beds, tea, coffee, biscuits and water provided. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice and very friendly hosts. The property is in a lovely village spot on the outskirts of Cardiff and we would have liked to stay longer to explore more. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!!”

“The property itself is a bit outdated although the room in which I stayed seemed newly refurbished and I liked it a lot! Even though it was a budget accommodation, it did include ammenities such as coffee, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The wifi was excellent. The neighborhood was conveniently located for my purposes (25-30 minute walk to Cardiff Bay and to downtown Cardiff). The neighborhood was on the residential side so not very lively.
