Great location, I jumped off the train, and walked less than 5 minutes to the hotel, then walked another few minutes to restaurants and then the arena where a concert was plaing was another 5 minutes, so great 24 hours stay for me, staff and beds were great.

The staff were exceptional in ensuring we got the best out of our stay. We thought the restaurant was excellent and the staff and bar staff very welcoming. Would definitely come back and whole heartedly recommend.

stayed here plenty of times never a bad nights sleep until now quilt was lumpy and thin as paper i asked twice for it to be changed or for another quilt but it never happend the room looked like it was rushed to be cleaned there was a cleaning cloth left in the sink and the bed wasnt made properly either, overall the experience wasnt the best, but i would stay there again its a great hotel in a perfectly convenient area close to shops restaurants and bars within a minute walk of leaving the hotel
