“The studio apartment had everything I needed. It’s in a great location. It was super clean and the host was very responsive.”

“The condo was clean, easy to find, plenty of parking. No troubles getting great communication with the host.”

“Easy access, nice space and amenities ”

“Perks.... location, t.p., dishwasher and washing machine pods, easy access, quiet, parking, communication with host, mattress and pillows acceptable.Cons....I didn't find any updates, wouldn't call it beautiful. Inadequate kitchen linens, & supplies for cooking meals. Bed had no blanket. Heavy grease, buildup throughout the kitchen, cupboard doors, switch plates, floor. Heavy dust build up on all inside trim of bathroom, and baseboards throughout. Dirty & dead flys in tracks of patio door &……

“Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly. On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. Overall the unit/property is very dated with little or no money spent on improving the property. The inside (while clean) is very very……

“This was a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and downtown. The view of the skyline was gorgeous. We will definitely consider staying here for future trips to Denver. ”

“Wonderful condo in very friendly neighborhood near a awesome park that is historic n popular Niche neighborhood with numerous restaurants cafes n that homie feel. Host was kind and available as needed for questions. The condo was spotless and amazing with a porch for chilling out . I would return. This is A plus”

“Overall, we were disappointed by the property. The home was dirty and not maintained very well. We suggest hiring a new cleaning service. Amenities were bare minimum. The home says it sleeps 10, but it sleeps 10 with a blowup mattress. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was very good. He was very responsive and quick to help if we had any issues.”

“Great space. Several restaurants and bars walking distance. Short car ride to convention center/theater district.”

“Excellent place at an excellent location! Easy to follow check in process and check out process.”

“Had a great stay was close to the wedding venue. Was nice clean place. We had family dinners who live”

“The first apt I got the hot water wasn’t working, so they moved me to a new apt . That was very thoughtful, I was there do to my mother being in hospice and the lady thing I needed was to worry about taking a shower. I appreciate that they did acknowledge it and make it better ”

“Great place. Recommended. Better than hotel for sure.”

“nearby brewery, close to restaurants, nice neighborhood”

“Good communication, great city view, fully stocked kitchen, and great location to go see anything.”

“The quick response from management with a check in issue helped make the rest of our stay fantastic. Great place, great space, great bathroom. ”

“Great place overall! Just a bit of confusion with parking but otherwise no issues at all.”

“We have stayed at Espadin in Denver several times and have always enjoyed our stay overall. This last time was a disappointing in terms of the cleanliness and condition of the unit. There was hair in the sink and the shower in the bathroom and it looked like there was a quick cleaning pass over the rest of the unit. Also, the sheets on the bed and pillows were awful. Finally, the hoops I had to go through just to rent the unit were cumbersome to say the least, especially since we had already……
