“This is such a cute rental! The rooftop patio was GORGEOUS for sunsets! Downtown Denver was under 15 minutes away and made for easy day trips to the city for tours and shows. We did rent a car so we were able to head to Garden of the Gods (highly recommend!!) but there was plenty to do downtown if you’d rather not get a rental and just Uber. We found a super cute Mexican restaurant (taqueria la familia) and frequented to Mexican bakery (Rosales Mexican bakery) nearby. Our last morning there was……

“We stayed here for 1 week while I was recovering from surgery. The great things: kitchen well appointed, communication was very good, beds comfy, ac and heater excellent. Opportunities: couch is not comfortable for long stays. While the property is quite sound proof for sleeping, the deck is unusable as it sits next to the highway. You will need short Uber rides to get to walkable areas but that was little trouble. Overall, we would stay here again especially for ski season if you want to……

“This is an ideal option for someone in the downtown area for business or pleasure. The condo is close to the downtown area with a very contemporary feel and sleek, modern design. The building was quiet with interesting amenities and we had easy access to lots of local restaurants and activities. The apartment was very clean; the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely appointed. We very much enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others and stay again! Thank you!”

“So glad we found this place. We needed a single level, multi bedroom near downtown Denver to help spouse recover from leg surgery. We stayed almost 2 months and the host was responsive every time something came up. The location was awesome/ so easy to walk around Lodo. It is right next to the train tracks, but the noise didn’t bother us. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The property is a really cool space with lots of natural light in the shared areas. Beds were really comfortable……

“In town to visit family and the apartment was perfect! Walked to all Cherry Creek has to offer in a quiet and safe location. Originally planned to be with my partner and bathroom would have been a little tight with the two of us but was fine for just me.”

“We had a great stay. It was a very convenient location, as we were attending meetings at Charis Bible College. All appliances worked well. And we were greeted by a group of deer every morning. Checkout was easy, except we forgot to turn the thermostat down.”

“Property is nice and secure. Checkin process is simple. Bedding was comfortable and it has a nice kitchen. We did not have internet for most of the day/evening Friday 4/26) requiring my friend and I to go to WeWork to work/be productive. The setup of the TV is confusing (required us to reconnect to the Wifi connection each time we turned it on; no instructions on it that we could find either). When I called the property mgmt about the Wifi, it was answered promptly, I was given an alternative……
