“Well-located condo, but check-in was confused and desk help was ok but not great. Weird layout in condo meant people in second small bedroom had to use the bathroom that was down the hall and opened into the kitchen! Larger main bedroom and bathroom were fine. “We had a great stay at this location! The building was well-maintained, the room was comfortable, with everything we needed including a full kitchen which was well stocked and a washer and dryer! The foosball table was a fun addition and the location was great! Just two blocks from sixth Street and downtown making it very walkable. “The location was great and unit well furnished. Only negative is that as part of checking in process, you have to go through their concierge who provides a nice summary of the area and a map. But then they work to get you to sit for a sales pitch of their timeshare/vacation ownership program. We declined multiple times no matter the incentive to sit through their sales pitch. Not sure I would have booked this property knowing there would be a push to buy into a timeshare.”

“Check in process is complicated. Did not receive code before arrival so could not get into car park, they said I had not completed check in process but did everything I had been asked to. The building itself is clean and accessible and we alwasy found there was somone at the front to answer any questions we had.
