“We stayed with family friends for the weekend and had a great time. I highly recommend using the mule to drive around the property to see all the wildlife. We saw plenty of deer. The space itself had plenty of room. There is an air mattress available, but if you have more than 6, it’s a good idea to bring another air mattress. It’s far from any convenience stores or grocery stores (which is how we wanted it), but come with everything that you will need in advance. ”

“This is a place to really feel away from it all. It has been a long time since I heard the wind whistling through the pines. Even though it was hot outside - I could not stop from being on the back porch for hours, mostly in the hammock. The theme of the cabin is fun and absolutely feels and is rustic. And that is what was looking for…and got. The communication was great and was very friendly on top of that. You could tell you were going somewhere unique while driving back the unpaved farm road...

“Great stay at the cabin! Owners were super communicative and thought of everything! Great location and wonderful beds. We used the boat, the paddle boat, the grill for burgers and the fire pit. It was a wonderful trip! Would love to go again. ”

“This place was amazing. We actually live in Bastrop, so this place is close for us. We were wanting to get away for the night with our 6-year-old son, hang out and BBQ. The enclosed hot tub was perfect, we didn't turn the heater on, so my son was occupied all afternoon and evening using it as a mini pool swimming as we hung out on the porch. “Amazing property with an amazing experience you can enjoy your entire stay. The cabin was beautiful and secluded with a view of the pastures and a friendly horse that visits the front porch. “Who knew you could find true hill country living so close to Austin !?! This is rural Texas at its core just a short drive from downtown. It's PERFECT for anyone attending a Circuit of the America's racing/driving event. The main mattress was a little dippy. Pull out the mattress from under the day bed. It was much more comfortable.”
