“The hotel must be very new because everything is in great condition. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, and outdoor furniture was again in excellent condition. The entire property was thoughtfully designed and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would be nice to have a chair and desk in the room. Sound insulation was not good but 9pm-7am are quiet hours and the staff were ready to enforce it. “Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. “Had to stay here because of canceled flight due to weather. Luckily, I got the very last room. It had been raining for days and everything was wet with condensation. Not a rug in the whole room. Just cold and wet tile floors soaking through my socks. Bare bones basic room. Didn’t get to use pool or eat at restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“The room we had was well appointed. There is a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The “pool” is a jacuzzi tub. Comfortable water temp, but not a hot tub. We arrived several hours before check-in, and they let us leave our luggage while we explored the area. While they could not accommodate a late check out, they also let us leave our baggage while we did a few things before our flight. When I booked our room, I knew it was near restaurants, but did not realize that it is in the heart……
