“It was very quiet, comfortable and appealing. But the room refrigerator and freezer stopped working. In my summer journey, that is what I depend on. But I would still return. Everything else was worth the stay.”

“We got to the hotel at 11:30pm and found out that the AC in the hotel did not work. There was no prior communication about it. If we had been notified, we would have canceled and rebooked elsewhere. Room was very hot and no air movement. Breakfast wasn't anything spectacular. Juice machine down so only option was coffee.”

“They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.”

“We stay here annually for an event and always enjoy our stay. Bathroom this time wasn’t as clean as it normally is. Otherwise great stay!”

“The breakfast set up was clean and timely but the ingredient quality was lacking; everything felt plastic-like and also the service was literally in paper plates”

“The staff was really nice but the property was old and stinky. Our heat vent made a terrible noise every 3 minutes and our bed was crooked so when you laid on it your feet was in the air.”

“The tv didn't work and the air conditioning didn't work either. When we went down to ask them to fix the problems, they said they would send someone up and the problems were never resolved.”

“There was no hand soap in our bathroom. When I went to the front desk to ask for a bar of hand soap, the attendant said he would let housekeeping know. 3 hrs later I went back to the front desk to ask for soap again and the attendant (different person from before) went into the office and grabbed a couple of bars and gave them to me. The other negative was the picture on the TV was really dim/dark. I think the TV needs replacing.”

“You will not get your bed made everyday, no clean towels everyday. Mold on the shower curtain! Asked to remedy this the first night , they did not do it!”

“We very much like the location and staff. It’s nice to have a Starbucks and food on-site. There is ample parking. Unfortunately, this was the first time we’ve had issues with cleanliness (dirty towels & used toiletries).”

“This place needs updating. The rooms and lobby we ok. The parking lot is a disaster for everyone but especially if you have a full sized SUV or truck. I got my suv after many careful manuaevwrs and drop to lock up the rest of us. Upon check was a bowl of validated parking tickets that I had just spend $8 on. Money but a big deal but checking in I asked all about the parking and the employee never mentioned it. It was pretty cheap for a Raddisson and now O knkw why.”

“The property was clean and well maintained. Both my coworkers’ room and mine were 62 degrees when we arrived, which was okay, just a little cold. We were disappointed that the standard hotel breakfast required an additional charge beyond the cost of the room. Overall, it was a good stay.”
