“Great pet policy with reasonable fees.”

“When I arrived after midnight I found out the AC was out for the entire property, though it seemed to be working in the hallways. I was told my room would be refunded if I opted not to stay. I went up to the room, and after a small surprise that the door wasn't pulled shut I found the room temperature fine for the amount of time I would be there. The room itself was clean & comfortable, though when using the shower in the morning I discovered that 2 out of 3 of the toiletries in the……

“Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. People were itching their initials around the pool in the scum. So needless to say the breakfast were not that good. It has gone downhill. Very disappointing. Won't……

“It's a new hotel. Clean room. We got the handicap room, which wasn't a bad thing. It worked for use. Huge & wider room & bathroom. Nice big shower. Staff has called me the day before check in, which had me worried, but I called back & apparently I guess there was no problem. Check in was easy & fast. Breakfast was somewhat good, would say the best. A lot of options. Hot & cold items. Hot tub was nice. Pool looked clean, didn't go in. Personally the price was right on the money, for two night……
