“Our family are avid VRBO travelers. The difficulty it was to get on the wifi or a single one of our TV apps (Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, etc.) should have not taken the time or lengths it did to make it right. We constantly had to restart the wifi router, spend a lot of time we didn't have trying to get the televisions to work and any suggestions provided by property management did not work. I just don't think after a long day of travel, 6 children to care for and other contributing factors...
