“I really liked the vibe however, I like to make my beds and that was quite a challenge for me. I'm not claustrophobic but I can't imagine two persons with luggage and food supplies in the cabin I stayed. I would have liked a separate sink to wash up and brush my teeth except for the one sink. Barring that, I still want to go back!!!”

The flower beds out front were beautiful. I garden, and they were really well done ...an eye catcher. I stay here fairly often and it's always a good stay. If anything is needed they take care of it quickly.”

“Our key was waiting for us on arrival & the previous emailed instructions made check in smooth. Room was great, clean, comfortable & quiet. Steve & Linda are gracious hosts that provided a tasty breakfast & early coffee! They care about the customer & had good advice for us about local happenings & quality restaurants. TV was a challenge but got straightened out. Highly recommended.”

“Loved the history of this hotel and the ambience. The rooms were extremely clean and they paid attention to detail and even provided fresh baked cookies on the bed and a little guest bag of forgotten items. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are several restaurants a few doors down in either direction to grab food. There is a speak easy bar on the 2nd floor if you need to see "the doctor". Great drinks and a live band. Lots of fun. Loved the downtown area. It was a quick getaway for……
