The staff was extremely friendly and we were happy.

The room itself was good. The kitchen table and cabinets could use a good cleaning. The outer shower curtain in the room with the queen bed was stained with pink smears. The beds were extremely comfortable! The walls are pretty thin and you can hear annoying little kids stomping and screaming in the hall and trashy Karen screaming to whom ever to bring her cigarettes and food!

The Double Tree is a decent facility but nothing spectacular. The hotel was very expensive and parking was overly expensive as well. The hot water in my room didn't work and the maintenance man advised that I would have to run the water from the sink and tub at the same time to get the water to heat uo. It literally took 30 minutes every time I took a shower to get the water hot.
