“Cabins are a bit dated but cozy. Kitchenette has half size fridge/freezer and 2 cook stove elements along with toaster and coffee maker (Kuerig). No microwave. Lovely beach in the off season. Beds are very high off the floor and may be challenging for shorter guests, stayed here twice and very satisfied with the location and service.”

“WOW what a pleasure staying at a clean place. Fresh paint nice clean fresh bathroom - no mold new fixtures sink vent fan that work clean quiet. Great location, comfy beds, breakfast adequate with a very cool no touch pancake machine and they were good too. Hard boiled eggs nice choice of breads and muffins. Easy parking. Mini split AC and the staff is amazing. The pool is spotless clean beautiful. You won't be disappointed”

“Very nice property with expansive landscaping. While not walkable, it’s a 3 minute drive to the center of Harwich Port. Plenty shops and restaurants in the area. Beach is 1/2 mile walk.”

“Great location, well-maintained property, friendly staff. If you're sensitive to strong smells, beware - whatever they use for cleaning products had an overpowering smell. I had to open the windows as soon as I got to my room (and kept them open for the duration of my stay).”

“Very hard to find a solid, clean and safe spot on the cape for reasonable cost. this place was a 10/10. just a great vibe, local mass owners and super clean. bonus - cold brew on site for free!! Beds were great, too!”
