Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and the bathroom was updated. Staff was always around making sure the property was cleaned. I did notice lots of kids/families/dogs that would wake me up in the morning and that was annoying, but that is of no fault of the establishment just a warning if you don’t want to be around kids.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (457 reviews)
I'll start by saying I think we got very lucky with timing as my partner and I seemed to have the whole place to ourselves apart from a couple of people coming and going, so it was extremely peaceful and relaxing, even romantic. The property has some beautiful features like the internal courtyard, lounge space, spa area, sauna and friendly and helpful staff. As a first time visitor to Provincetown, I am really glad we stayed here (though I cannot be sure it is as peaceful when it is at 100% capacity...which is probably all the time.) But I can see it being a lot of fun with groups too. Room and bathroom were very clean and well outfitted, the shower products were good quality and the location of the hotel is just a short walk into the center of town with parking and other amenities available. Fun spot, would definitely stay again.

We had SUCH a great stay. The staff are AMAZING - so friendly and gracious. The grounds are quaint and well kept. The pool area is small but very well laid out and plenty of seating. The buildings are so cute and well-maintained. And - the staff AGAIN are the best!

Loved staying at Waterford. The staff was exceptionally helpful, flexible and friendly (TY Kayce and Sev). Only comment is that $4 vouches for breakfast doesn't go very far in Ptown/Farlands. BUT, I am appreciative.
