"Our stay was awesome. The room was great the views wonderful. My wife and I are going back. My only complaint was the dog poop all over the lawn."

"We stayed at Rodeway Inn Orleans for two nights in February. We found the property to be very quiet and exceptionally clean. Our room (2nd floor, #220) looked like it had been recently remodeled...fresh paint, non-carpeted floors (love this!), stylish bed linens, brand new shower enclosure and curtain. There was a microwave and small refrigerator along with coffee station, mugs, drinking glasses and ice bucket. The sink was outside the bathroom, which makes it convenient when getting ready in the morning, when there is more than one person in the room. I really appreciated the liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner wall units, as opposed to small containers of each. Much more Eco-friendly! The room also had a desk/chair to work, and a small table/2 chairs to eat. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, beaches. Owner was very friendly and recommended a great place for breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"The cottage was exactly as pictured and described. The sunrise was spectacular off the water from the backyard. Everything we needed for our stay was available to us. There are sidewalks on 6A, so you can walk/run. Restaurants, grocery store, plaza etc are within driving/walking distance. Looking forward to returning soon. nearby"

"Perfect weekend getaway on the outer cape. The cottage was clean, comfortable and very well set up. This was meant to be a “foodie” weekend for us - to explore some of the off-season restaurants offerings on the cape and there are many that measured up. The “Knack” which is literally mere feet away from the cottage had unbelievably good fish tacos which took the edge off our hunger on the Friday afternoon of our arrival. The “C-Shore” restaurant on that first night totally exceeded our expectations with an absolutely incredible lobster risotto and orange glazed salmon. The next morning, we breakfast’d at the “Cottage St Bakery” - a tiny French bakery that was quite a surprise in every good way. The “Brickhouse” restaurant on our second night was also VERY good. We got their mixed seafood entree and the crab and spinach stuffed cod. Both were excellent and the crème brûlée and 1/2 portion brownie fudge sundae were the perfect finishers. It was a fun and filling weekend and this wonderful little Del-Mar cottage was the perfect stepping off spot for us. Well done Del-Mar - we will be back!"

"We just needed a place to sleep for one night, and the Skaket Beach Motel exceeded expectations. Friendly staff, large room, clean, modern, comfortable beds, well-stocked, delicious home-made muffins for breakfast, and surprisingly good coffee. I would stay here again!"

"Overall excellent from check-in through check-out. The only downside was a squeaky floor near the bathroom. Room was very clean, location was great. Less than 15 minute drive to ocean beach and about 5 to the bay beach, Cape Cod Rail Trail 5 minutes away. Recommendations for local eateries provided at check-in."

"Overall we were happy with the house. Outside needs some cleanup on the table and chair set. We would highly recommend putting towel racks in bathrooms as no place to hang more than one towel."
