“The check in person was irritated that we interrupted her. The toilet never flushed correctly and the sink drain didn’t work well even after we reported it after our first night. The towels were frayed on the ends and had holes throughout. The ac never got it cold in the room. The breakfast was not exciting and the cups used for coffee leaked. I tried 3 different ones. The whole staff was very unprofessional including bringing their dog to work.”

“The room was very clean and smelled very good. Staff were very nice and accommodating. My housekeeper was fantastic. Daily gave me fresh towels and my room smelled great and refreshed when I came in from work.”
