“Staff really tried to make this a comfortable stay. Room wasn't exactly as clean as it could have been, but that was just a tiny part of a really satisfactory and inexpensive two-night stay.”

“They changed our reservation details without asking us first. They changed from a two king beds room to a one king bed/one sofa bed and thought that that would be fine. After bringing the issue to night desk they switched us to two queen beds. Cleaning crew also left gear in the room that we had to remove. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t good. Selection was poor. Not worth staying there.”

“The pool was clean but it was very loud. The breakfast was good but very basic. It also did allow for food allergies/sensitivities. The room was clean but everthing was extremely damp. The floor, bed, blankets all felt damp the entire stay. When we entered the hotel the smell of perfumed air was stifling. The smell continued into the room. We discovered the perfume smell was an effort to cover the wet air smell. Fans were put out that evening in the halls and the air improved a little, but the……

“I truly thought the property was abandoned when I pulled in due to the overgrown weeds in the parking lot and no signage on the building. Bed had collapsed in the middle and was like a taco. Old, worn, pilled sheets. Stains on the carpet, and the bedroom walls were dirty with some brownish liquid that had run down the wall and dried. The pro’s? It was quiet and felt safe (in spite of one of the side entrance doors not even having a lock).”
