“Very nice property well maintained and managed ”

“Staff really tried to make this a comfortable stay. Room wasn't exactly as clean as it could have been, but that was just a tiny part of a really satisfactory and inexpensive two-night stay.”

“We checked in and the staff was extra nice. No elevator, but it was a short walk to the second floor. We're in the room for about an hour. We had not unpacked, we had some food, and I noticed roaches. Not bed bugs house roaches. We immediately packed up and left.Because I can't stay where there are roaches, they get in your clothes or suitcases, you get em home.It's too hard to get rid of them. I told the staff and he insisted, they didn't have roaches, which I had seen with my own eyes. They……

“There was torrential rain and a tornado warning with the sirens going off. The staff went above and beyond.”

“I truly thought the property was abandoned when I pulled in due to the overgrown weeds in the parking lot and no signage on the building. Bed had collapsed in the middle and was like a taco. Old, worn, pilled sheets. Stains on the carpet, and the bedroom walls were dirty with some brownish liquid that had run down the wall and dried. The pro’s? It was quiet and felt safe (in spite of one of the side entrance doors not even having a lock).”

“This was so bad we did not stay! It was dirty, strong smell of weed and urine in the hall ways. The air conditioning was not working. Overall a really bad experience! The front desk did say they would see I was refunded and was friendly but have yet to see my refund.”
