“This stay was okay but not as expected as compared to other Airbnb accommodations. It was chosen due to the number of bedrooms for a family gathering. There was ample space, however with so many things amiss this stay was challenging. We will not be back. First off, when we arrived it was a hot day and management did not set ac at a minimum so it was too hot in the house and took hours to make it comfortable. There was also a broken door jam so a bedroom door would not close. How could this be……

“I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the……

“The house was adorable in a quiet neighborhood just outside Kennett Square. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we were only 5 min from the fields and 5 minutes from many dining options. The house was well stocked with what we needed to cook while we stayed and the rooms were comfortable. We had two families and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Beautiful quaint colonial house. It was such a cool experience, but no worries it has modern amenities. The host is very nice and has great communication. The back yard was amazing and great for the kids to run around. The back patio was beautiful and we grilled hot dogs, and made smores over the firepit. This was such an amazing experience for the family. Thank you so much to the host. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the K9 cottage! The house was very homey, well-stocked, and the pups had a BLAST - the yard was perfect for them to wander without getting too far astray. The bed was outrageously comfortable. Bryan was a fabulous host and was very helpful, accommodating, and kind. Would definitely recommend! ”

“The location was awesome, neighborhood was safe and quiet, and everything from the college campus to Philly airport and sites were only a 10-20 minute drive. The house has so much character with original stained glass and built ins. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs provided ample space for everyone to be cozy and shower in a timely manner. The only two downsides were: 1. The driveway, which has tons of space for parking once you get up to the house, but the hedges are over grown on one side……

“Can't say enough good things about this house. Great location in the lovely town of Kennett Square, PA. Very updated AND cozy decor and interiors in this historical home, but with an authentic flair. Like a magazine. AC worked great (we were there during a heat wave), and a kitchen beyond any rental home we have stayed at. They even had a 6 burner oven, and a French Press coffee pot. “The house was neat and tidy and had the charm of an older home. The location was convenient. It was suitably furnished and supplied but only had 4 towels and 2 wash rags in the bathroom for a house that sleeps 8. It should also be noted the 2 sets of curved steps may be difficult for older people or those with mobility issues. It was also somewhat difficult to determine where to find the back door which is where the code needed to be entered. More instructions and signage would help. Entry……
