We checked in Friday 9/11 the check in was pretty fast, the lady handed us the key she had said that if our daughter spilled anything to let them know and they’ll come clean it up. Got to the room, and the bathroom didn’t really look to clean there was stains on the sink counter, and the shower looked really dirty on top of that it was a lot of cracks in the wall and holes. On 9/12 I had noticed a Bait underneath the sink in the bathroom ( didn’t really think anything of it seeing that I didn’t see any on 9/11). On 9/13 I had saw the cleaning lady and on the cart there was some ortho bug spray! Later on that day my daughter had spilled some juice so my boyfriend went downstairs to let them know, the guy had gave him some rags to clean it. When my boyfriend came back upstairs he saw the roach near the juice that she spilled. He tried to tell the guy but he acted as if he couldn’t understand him. On top of all this was hearing noise throughout the night. For the price you pay I’m not really surprised by this stuff but I do feel as though they could have mentioned they have roaches so people are aware

This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available. Thank you!
