The check in was rediculous after 10. They close therr front desk. Never heard if a hotel closing there.front desk!!! Had to wait 15 mins for customer service to gst someone to check me in The email lied and said there was a grab and go breakfast and there was no grab and go breakfast. There was a springy hair in the sink The tub had a burn mark. Room smelled musty. Some kinda like glue or something on the comforter. Wont be back there.

Bedding wasn’t changed. It was covered in hair, but Front Desk personnel changed it. The bed itself was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I had a more comfortable bed in prison. The property advertising is misleading because they don’t provide kitchen ware as advertised. You must buy it. Will never stay here again.

This place was weird. They only have "standard" sized beds that look like they are on stilts. Very uncomfortable. Everytime i moved i could hear the springs. Really thought one was going to come through the mattress. There is only 1 nightstand in the room. No lamps just one bright overhead light....right over the bed. It is definitely a bare minimum place. No lotion, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, no dishes in the kitchen area. You have to buy the dishes you want. The microwave start button didnt work.The whole vibe was weird. Definitely wont stay at this location again.

Smelled like marijuana. Slow check in. Dirty room exhaust fan, tv wouldn't power on, likely due to batteries in remote. AND WORST, NON WORKING SHOWER. Diverted rusted, pulling tab up to shower it wouldn't come on. We checked in closer to midnight and there was no maintainence on site and they were at capacity so we were stuck with the inability to shower. Charise the manager wouldn't issue a refund, said there was no issue with the shower, despite a text record with a different employee and video evidence which she had no interest in seeing. TERRIBLE!!!

The toilet in the room I had had only one blot, which was not attached properly, making it very unsafe to use. I was unable to et a bolt to fix it and worried I would fall.Very scary!

Check in was fine but once I got into my room, I had noticed a drawer completely missing in the kitchen area but was no big deal. Later on as I was laying in the bed, I happened to look up and see the smoke detector hanging on the wall looked as if it had been caught on fire and some point and a burn mark above it was just painted over it. This was very concerning and honestly scary. I’ve worked in hotel management not that long ago and would have never put that room back in functioning order. Couldn’t really take a “bath” as there was no way to switch it from shower to bath. Under the stove top where the light fixture is had looked as if it had never been cleaned. The vent in the bathroom was also caked in dust. Overall, the stay was quiet and was a peaceful stay-cation.

I am so disappointed in our stay. We had to leave at 3 am because the smell was so bad. We were just sitting to stay the night somewhere while our house was being painted. Nothing like the pictures!! Customer service was so disappointing as well. Tried our room key 3 times.. up and down an elevator at 12 at night to try to just get some sleep. To open the door and be so disappointed!

The positive here were the staff who checked me in when I was late arriving thank you and the Wi-Fi. Room was ok but not so much. You could hear all the noise outside. Not good if you’re a light sleeper. It was ok overall.

If you want to sleep with disgusting dirty bed sheets in a bed that was not made up, then stay here. Couldn’t believe when I went to crawl into bed and inspected the sheets, the lazy maid obviously thought she could get away with it. Horrible to have to change rooms and have that feeling in me all night of what is almost slept in. The staff just apologized but it blows my mind how they don’t try to make it better in terms of comping that room or in any way making you feel better. Terrible

i like the small kitchen but on web page it does not tell you to bring dishes and even thouht the staff is low their should be a way to leave your room key if checking out before 11am where nobody can see or get lost and not get your deposit back if the key falls on floor.

I didn't like how the manager or the mantience guy spoke to my wife or child. They said they felt threatened of a 5'1 weighing 2 bucks woman she told them to have a nice day because and she was unhappy. I gave a review after the first day here and they came to my room the following day but didn't fix the problem i think it was intimidation because it was 2 of her staff and the maintenance guy. The refrigerator had a gap so it wasn't keeping our dairy cold, screen torn, no phone card, laundromat was down the first 2wks i was there which they had switch to a new pay system so that did get done before we had to leave and the other room that was rented had a busted bathroom door, messed up tub head coming from the wall, phones don't work, key card kept jammin which was in the new room too we got switched to before they put us out after my wife paid towards her balance on Monday. It wasn't all bad the beds was clean, the stove work real good, and the heating was great look like new units and it does quiet down after midnight.
