Someone threw up in the room before us. The cleaning supplies used to clean it up was extremely strong as the room was not aired out.

The property was clean in the rooms work great. My issue occured with a late flight..11pm. upon checking in my room I noticed that it did not have a privacy shade and the first floor room was exposed to the parking lot. As a single female traveler I fell unsafe.I asked the lady at the desk for help but she was unable to help. I went back to the room and I noticed that there was a privacy shade. However it was missing a turning knob and it was tightly coiled--almost invisible. With the shade pulled down, I felt safer.

I was very disappointed with this Hilton Garden Inn. The first night was there was scared ( Gosh in my room) . I had like Gosh in my room 202. It was knocking ( 3 time ) bathroom door every 30 min. I could not sleep there since 8pm until . Then I called the help desk to changed me to another room , I even recorded the 3 knocking on the bathroom door every about 30 min and then as I was leaving the room to another room , The gosh whistled me as I was leaving the room 202. The to next night was afraid fell as sleep.

A Very Nice I don’t know Experience
This is a delightful place to stay. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, from the desk clerks to the food staff that provides the breakfast to the cleaning staff in the halls. Even the grounds surrounding the hotel are well kept and clean. (What a change from so many on-the-road hotels!) The room was clean and nicely spacious; the bathroom also. The pet friendly policy was ideal. We were very impressed! We have stayed at several hotels in Sharonville, but this is the best choice and we will stay at this hotel again in the future.

Unprofessional staff. Front desk associates wearing dirty clothes, no sort of uniform or name badge identifying them as employees. When checking in, front desk staff acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Many unruly guest staying at the hotel, when reaching out to the front desk staff they did nothing to resolve the situation. By far the worst Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed at! This hotel chain is my go to when I travel for work, staying around 100 nights per year.

My stay was pleasant bed comfortable room clean only issue that I have is that when the hotel has a large number of kids teenagers that security should be added for the evening hours. My partner was woke up to kids running down the hallway at 4am he could not go back to sleep. Luckily, I did not hear it but It’s very annoying when there’s no one to monitor.
