“I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.”

“This hotel has the friendliest and most helpful people working there. They all seemed to want to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so comfortable and welcoming and I loved it.
The one down side was the steak I ordered which was chewy and inedible - disappointing as it wasn’t at all cheap.
I would definitely return but just not order steak.

“We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.”
