“It was a cute cabin. Some furniture could be updated. Cabin was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. One downside, the state park pass was expired and we had to pay to get in. It would also have been nice to have instructions for the keypad….we had some difficulty with it.”

“Small cozy cabin. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean. Heated towel rack was a nice surprise. Unfortunately due to the short stay we couldn't experience everything in the area but that doesn't ruin the stay.”

“I had a wonderful time at this home. I loved that everything was labeled and detailed. There was no guessing which switch went to which light, how to turn on the tv, or even lock the doors. I also hiked two trails on the property and found them better labeled than some of the state park hikes I did this weekend. It is wonderful that I got to experience the serenity of the acreage. Outside of those things the house would fit 4 people (there is a bedroom with a half bath and an office with a futon……

“The treehouse was perfection! We had a fabulous time enjoying the views in this perfect little place away from the rest of the world. The sauna and cold plunge were exactly what we needed after a long day. Definitely recommending to friends and family and would love to go back again”

“The cabin was clean, but I will see if you were gonna stay there. You need to have some type of slides flip-flops how she used to wear around the cabin because the floors are concrete and not smooth. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. We made breakfast in the morning, but had to go buy a spatula and cooking spray after the first morning. The air conditioner, work fine kept the place nice and cool. There is a dehumidifier running and we had to empty it almost twice a day. The shower is……

“Turkey Pen exceeded all our expectations. Very comfortable, very clean, and attention to accommodating details greatly appreciated. The backyard was a godsend for us and our little Frenchie, who loved walking around the backyard and enjoying the quiet and peacefulness. It was the perfect retreat for us between trips of hiking and mountain biking. We would love to come back!”

“Home was gorgeous. Got married here with about 15 people on the day and 10 for the weekend. The views can’t be beat, and the amenities are everything and more. The ONLY issue I had with the home was the fact that the listing makes the lake access seem much simpler. My plan was to have the ceremony at the lake down by the water, but immediately had to change plans as stairs down to lake were VERY steep. My elderly family members and myself in a wedding dress never would have made it down there.……
