Beautiful hotel and convenient for walking anywhere downtown. The breakfast was delicious with hot and cold options that varied a little each day. Loved the flavored water machine. Best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The gym was also very nice.

Bathroom was great, love the anti fog back lit mirror. bedding & pillows just ok. ( fitted sheet, didnt fit well, pillows too soft). No onsite parking. We paid for valet service. Otherwise, you pay at city owned lots.

For a 'budget' property, this Holiday Inn is great. Nice staff, super clean room, excellent shower head and hot water, and I really enjoyed the omelettes for breakfast. I usually stay at more expensive places and this made me wonder why. Will definitely stay here again.

I travel frequently. I stay in middle to upper price ranges of hotels. This hotel has fabulous staff. The service was well above the service I have received at hotels that were three times the price!! I will absolutely stay there again when in the Greenville area. The accommodations are right on for the price point.
