“Good location. Great bakery nearby.”

“The property had way too many signs…Eviction notice posted on the front door.,..No internet meant no TV…First stay where there was no coffee. No exterior lighting on parking lot or stairs to entrance.”

“Everything was good”

“Decor is top notch and the stay was overall comfortable. As a 100 year old structure there are functional and cosmetic issues that are 1-star deductible-worthy. Perhaps this brief list will encourage to owners to address: One of the bedroom doors does not close all the way. There is no drying rack or dishwasher. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The toilet is not fully secured down. The bathtub spigot is not fully secured. Gaps in the laminate flooring with edges that feel funny walking over.”

“Didn’t realize there were a number of stairs, our ages are 78,76, and 70. House was clean , kitchen needs more cooking pans. Beds were comfortable.”

“The space was generally clean, the fixtures/furnishings were the cheapest option available and it showed. Things like the toilet paper holder were loose in the wall. As an aside, what’s with the condescending explanations of the five star rating system in these places? This is not unique to this VRBO but it really bugs me. ”

“Fantastic/quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to downtown and suburbs. Very large SUVs may not fit fully in garage. Parking is good. Very clean apartment. Description perfectly matched the actual.”

“The house was very family friendly”

“Another wonderful stay! Thank you - convenient to Clinic and walking area!!”

“Woman at front desk was super helpful in resolving a problem. Wish I could remember her name, but was on night shift on 10/30/26.”

“My room was missed cleaned for a few days. Otherwise hotel staffs are friendly. ”

“A very vintage house with great service, conveniently located near CIM, comfortable and cozy.”
