“There was a problem in my room with the TV not working, and the front desk person really went out of her way to help with the problem. She ultimately decided that the best solution would be to just put me in a different room (and in the process, actually upgraded me to a much larger room!). She didn't have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. And she even helped me move all of my belongings! Breakfast was the average hotel fare, but food was fresh and coffee was good. Room was very clean.……

“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”

"warm and welcoming like a self-Service home. Nice furnitures, Nice View. There are Target, Whole food market very closed, a Classic Church , An appreciating PItts Public Library beside the hotel, and guess what, Duolingo located around too. Thank you for your warm treatment, Kasa. And touched by visiting Pittsburgh Public Library and Pittsburgh Symphony, Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh City, CMU, PU…..My Love. Pitts City, Not only One of the Top World’s Tech Innovation City, but also a Life Respecting City.
