"We were upgraded to a suite because they overbooked the double bed rooms. The staff member was very apologetic and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable."

"There was a delay in checking but outside of that we had a good stay. Would stay here again. There are several other hotel options in the area and this one had the highest ratings, can see why. They were fully booked."

"The staff were very accommodating and attentive to my requests of staying in a quieter floor with a later check-in. The room was extremely clean and bigger than I expected, with the AC working perfectly (as I like to sleep in a cold room). Breakfast was no-frills (bagels, cereal, juice, etc) but no complaints otherwise. "

"The only staff working at this establishment that knows what they’re doing or even cares is Naomi. Everybody else at the front desk is absolutely terrible. This facility does not provide toilet paper toiletries as soap nor do they give you fresh linens even during extended stays the kitchen is simply that two stove tops they don’t give you any pots pans, silverware plates, cups bowls, nothing so if you stay here, be prepared to bring everything you need including toilet paper"

"The property was nice and clean. The room was comfortable. There was no ice machines on the second floor. But overall it was nice. "

"Property needs renovation and repairs however it was fine to stay for the weekend if you don’t plan to be in your room often. No temperature self regulation, it just gets turned on and off automatically. The 1915 restaurant is on the expensive side and the diner closes early. The main property, restaurants, etc are a drive from the stone cottages. Plan for extra travel time if in the stone cottages, there is only a one way exit and requires travel out of the way to turn around and get back to main roadways."
