They came to the room an hour later with a refund receipt after clearing it up with Hotels. I should have booked with the hotel directly and saved money after seeing what they would have charged. When I told them they went to move us to a different room. The cleaning lady said she would freshen it up before we went in. After 30 min we went in and it was dirty too. She mopped the bathroom but did not vacuum the Cheetos up off the carpet. The breakfast needs work, not much of a choice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean but had a musty smell.
