Great experience

We have stayed at this Home2 many times now to visit family. This time was our best experience thus far. The people were great, help with everything we needed. The breakfast was above average to a hotel stay. We will surely use it in the future

Front desk staff was incredible! Mary was extremely sweet and I didn’t catch the gentleman who checked us ins name but he was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options. The room was large and clean. Overall we had a great experience and would stay at this property again.

Favorite Hotel Chain

We needed a place to stay during the aftermath of huricane Helene as we had no power or water. We were blessed to get a room! I love this hotel chain. The rooms are large! Love having a full fridge. The best part was the staff! Very kind and friendly to my family.

Bathroom has not been thoroughly cleaned it appears ever just spot cleaning. Room couch appears stained. The room walls were dirty and inside the refrigerator. We had to personally clean things with Clorox wipes. The location is great, the convenience to everything for food and shopping. Overall noise level good and property well kept outside. Was a nice addition to have free laundry facility. The front desk was not welcoming our helpful. I went down about 3/4 am to make a purchase from the little market and you couldn’t find anyone, I did wait a bit. Overall decent stay for quick trip.

Home2 Suites by Hilton has a nice drive up view. The staff was extremely friendly. The frig and the microwave were nice. The rooms can use some updating due to the shades having paint on them, the table having cracks in them, the toilet seat discolored and the carpet stained as well as dust everywhere. The cleaning staff did not clean the room everyday. It would have been a great stay if those things were better. My stay was ok.

Pool Heater not working

Everything was great except the indoor pool heater wasnt working. Water was very cold. Should of known when pool was empty

Stay here!

It was awesome! Jason (i think that was his name) was awesome. And Aurelie was so awesome. She greeted us everytime and made sure we were taken cate of. Ot smelled so nice good. My son was even amazed at how good it smelled. So clean and what we expected by the photos. Definitely will stay there again when we come back. Only other thing, i was recently diagnosed diebetic, would love for more sugar free stuff in lobby or for breakfast. Just a thought.
