“The room was clean but missing the box springs on the bed. They do not have front desk staff all night. They have a kiosk. The person we talked to thru the screen could not have cared less. His response was he would let management know.”

Beautiful property. Kitchen is nicely stocked but no stove top. I got an induction burner from the front desk but it comes with only a very small frying pan. No pots to cook my vegetables. “You have to pay to use the utensils, you have to take your own trash out, elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2022, staff isn’t available after 10. ”

“Clean room. Friendly staff. Family friendly with board games and puzzle in dining/lounge area. Nice blackout shades. Quiet spacious room. ”

“The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. ”

“Lovely hotel. Super friendly staff. The best part was the shower. Super hot water, fantastic water pressure. A decent shower is surprisingly rare in hotels. Please dont ever change a thing. I'll definitely consider returning.”

“The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the……

“Very old property. Lot full of construction trucks and workers loitering late into the evening. Promised hot breakfast was just toast.”
