I had such a wonderful time. I will be back next year!”

“We went to the front desk only to note that there was no front desk agent, only a security guard. He escorted us to our room. The room still had trash in the bathroom trashcan. The toilet seat was dirty and it was apparent. The bed sheets had stains. We told him and he indicated that they did not have much availability. We told him to contact a manager and he did. They gave us another room that had broken bathroom tiles and some that were missing and placed in the shower bench. The conditions……

“The all inclusive Amenity was a waste of money. They did not come to the room to replenish what was in the refrigerator rather you had to search for place on the property to do it yourself. The employee in the grocery store located on the property was extremely rude. Most of the staff in general were not helpful at all. The resort was extremely difficult to move around. Staff never come to clean my room no day what I stayed on the resort. I would not recommend this resort at all! My parents……
