“It feels like management/ownership is leaving the staff out to dry. One day they had a pipe leak and we couldn’t get any hot water. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work because it wasn’t hooked up and never did get hooked up. Had to TRY and get ice every morning. Apparently ice is like gold there. The room was good and we had a nice view of the ocean. There were a bunch of little things that just added up turn our stay into an average one.”

“The Atrium is a nice hotel and a great location. It's a 30 second walk to the beach from their pool area. The beach is supplied with blue chairs and umbrellas for the Atrium. Theres multiple restaurants that area just a sgort walk away from the Atrium. The rooms are clean, comfortable and all have a nice balcony. You can either take a taxi to get around or use the Bus and bus stop is located across from the burger king just down the street. ”

My checkout was 11:00 and as I was sitting down waiting on my taxi they were banging on my door at 10:30 asking when I was leaving. I would not stay here again! “It’s quirky, but a good value. Most of staff seemed unhappy. Food was very good. Construction at a standstill. Bikes were great to have to get some provisions on welfare Ed. $7 for a bottle of water at property, and they advise not to drink the tap water. It’s a 3 star hotel, so don’t expect the Ritz. ”

“Both rooms wr had were on the low side of ok. The tile showers had broken tile around the sides of the entry edges. Doors didnt close properly from warping. The build is in need of an over hall. The staff was kind. But island time is a real thing. Our check in was supposed to be a 4 pm. I believe we finally entered the unit at 5.30.”
