The property is not new and some things are showing that - bathroom amenities, kitchen appliances, furniture, etc. overall the room's size is big and really good for a family of 4. You don't feel crowded. Property has a beautiful beautiful view on the ocean. Ocean and beach clean and always easy to find chairs. Elvis was the best taking care of us. Overall we loved it. Everyone genuinely want to help you. Everything super chill.

Pool, Beach , restaurants , shops , coffee / snack bar , what’s there not to love! We used the very nice gym daily although an extra charge of 5/6$ per visit . Bartender at the main pool bar was fabulous ! Rolls weee comfortable , my boys loved the Murphy beds . Market close by , can walk to all the restaurants . Booked a second floor villa and it was perfect ! Loved this resort for our family spring break !

The place is exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful. The host greeted us well when it was check in. Only issue was the shower water was very cold. The water went out when we first check in but the host was able to reach out to the water company. We was able to get back up water but it was cold.

Very good location. Good access to restaurants for dinner and beach bars for lunch. Breakfast was fine. Rooms are clean. Water is not drinkable and sometimes smells. Property is very strict, only 1 espresso pod per person per night. Only one beach towel and it needs to be exchanged via towel card. Also no outside food or drinks on the beach chairs. The ocean view rooms, ocean view is marjinal.
