“I'll start by saying that any negative feedback provided by others I have reviewed is an automatic denial for future stays by the owners. Who does that?!! Otherwise, the stay was fine, the room was clean, breakfast was not great....eggs are super bland. We will be looking elsewhere next time as there are several hotels in the immediate area where, I assume, the owners will actually try to improve based on the reviews.”

“We stayed there a week and had no real issues, We were on the 3rd floor and the room was clean, the beds comfortable and bedding/towels were serviced when we requested. Breakfast was normal hotel fare and again, no issues. Easy access to the Coralville strip and lots of food options. We would stay here again and the prices were reasonable for the area.”

“During the night right after we retired (around 12 or 12:30 pm) several individuals were on the sidewalk right next to our unit #101 Efficiency King. They were talking very loud (sometimes shouting) and had rap music playing loudly. (It sounded like they were in the next room of OUR suite! After listening to it for over an hour, we called the front desk to complain. It took 2 calls to the desk and over an hour before they were quiet. The breakfast was also very disappointing!”
