“Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. ”

“Genuinely the cleanest, "fanciest" hotel I've ever stayed at. Our room was pristine. Javon made our check-in simple and easy. The only issue I had was that we couldn't adjust the temperature of the AC in our room (I like it ice cold lol), but it was still a comfortable temperature.
