"The Renwick Mansion Guest house was the perfect location for our group. We could and did easily walk to both downtown and the river front (where our activity took place). We took full advantage of the outdoor space which is fenced so private. There were plenty of chairs and seating both inside and outside, comfy beds, the necessary kitchen utensils, and a coffee maker (a must for runners and and early morning race start). Overall, perfect for us and a great value!"

"The house was clean and in a great location for access to restaurants and shops in East Village. The layout of the house is a bit odd. One bathroom for the three bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom for the main floor bedroom and living area. The main floor bathroom is off the kitchen. The floors are uneven and the steps are small. I would not recommend this house to anyone that has difficulty walking. The front door is not useable. The shower/tub could use anti-slip strips. Would I stay here again,...

"Our family stayed in this home to attend a Memorial Service for a family member. The home was beautiful, the views of the Mississippi are spectacular. There are many places to gather, both inside and outside. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious. The host was welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again."

"This apartment had everything we needed! 2 bedroom with a huge tv and king bed in one of them too! a nice size living room with Rokus on all 3 tvs. The kitchen also supplied us with everything we needed for 6 days. I would definitely recommend this affordable,clean, roomy home away from home if you need to stay in the area. We were also one minute away from the mississippi river too."
