The view of the canal was beautiful, and the pool table provided great entertainment for my daughters and husband. The beds were clean and comfortable, which we appreciated.However, there were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. The floors were dirty, and the landscaping appeared to be neglected. Additionally, the listing mentioned a washer and dryer, but there was no set available in the property. I reached out to the property management regarding this and to request extra toiletries, but unfortunately, I never received a response.Overall, while we enjoyed certain parts of our stay, better communication and maintenance would have made a big difference.
