“The host was very responsive in responding to my dozen messages. It was my first time using VRBO the bad: The oven did not work it took 3 hours for breakfast to cook which we ended up having to toss in the trash. The instructions on how to change it from cold to heat were nowhere to be found and the floor was dirty my child’s feet were dirty from them. Not the greatest experience especially with it being a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host only wanted to refund me back the 50 late……

“I really enjoyed my stay at the Boo Bear Cabin! Any questions I had before I went were immediately politely cheerfully answered by Greg the host. The check-in process was simple and smooth. The cabin was spotless and the inclusion of smart TVs and Wi-Fi was greatly appreciated. The location is is quiet and has a great hot tub. I would recommend this location for people that want to get away, but also want to participate in activities in the area. Five stars!”

“Host was very welcoming! Responded almost immediately if not immediately to all messages! Cabin was perfect. Location was great! Creek was beautiful. Depending on traffic it was only 30-40 minutes to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. Tons to do. Would definitely want to come back even for the summer to play in the creek!”

“The cabin is very quaint and comfortable. Well kept. It was Valentines day so we were given a heart shaped box of chocolates. Yes, the shower is tiny but you can make adjustments by using the removal shower head to give move room. Having the floor heaters in the bedroom and bathroom was beneficial. My suggestions would be to add additional gravel to cover the exposed ground preventing mud. There is ample space for two cars to park side by side but one is in the muddy area if it rains. Very……

“Although we made the best of our stay, the cabin is poorly maintained - besides a list of items that were missing, broken, or in need of repair, the roof also leaks and soaked our bed in the middle of our first rainy night, as well as our shoes. While we managed the leak, we also had to clean up the mess. No one even offered to come, or showed up to check on the damage during the duration of our stay.”
