“The carpet needs to be shampooed. There are spots upstairs that are gross. There is a spot at the end of the bed that needs cleaned. There is a spot in between the dresser and wall when you come up that needs cleaned. Having to do the dishes, gather all your trash up and make sure that all appliances are shut off are things I don’t think you should have to do. I have done housekeeping for many years and those are things a housekeeper should be doing.”

“This is a perfect location if you are traveling with kids playing sports at Rocky Top Sports World. It is close to Rocky Top, quiet, and out of the traffic of the town. It is still close enough to attractions if that is what you want. We were in town for soccer and used the laundry machines in the house for uniforms and the hot tub to relax at the end of the day. It is comfortable. We did not cook, but had no issues with what parts of the kitchen we used. There is good internet and TV in……

“Enjoyed the stay. Was a great remote location, and very pretty drive. Had good WiFi, was spacious for two and good amenities. 9.5/10.”

“We(2 adults, 4 kids) stayed over spring break. The view from the deck was amazing. The hot tub was clean and worked as is should. The drive to into Gatlinburg was an easy drive and took about 15 minutes. There were plenty of hikes around and we found some fishing close. The cabin was comfortable and overall was clean. It could use a deep cleaning, but it is a cabin in the woods/mountains, so it did bother us at all that it was a little dirty in hard to reach spots. ”

“Nice cabin, modern with nice amenities. Property was ok, maybe a little more attention to details, also could be shown better in pics, driveway was a bit of a challenge. Hot Tub and fire pit were nice features. Overall a nice experience.”

“A lovely cabin and we had a comfortable stay. Well-stocked and the hot tub was a great way to relax after busy days out seeing the sights. Beautiful views and close to the Greenbrier entrance to GSMNP. Very secluded didn’t see another person the whole time we were there. Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to go again. ”
