"Excellent stay! Resort was beautiful, loved the food/bar options, amenities/kid activities, transportation to Dollywood with park perks, proximity to downtown Pigeon Forge and Cal Ripken (what we were in town for). Would absolutely stay again!"

"Very nice stay, was very pleased with the facility breakfast the 3 pools are nice (we didn't use them to crowded for us but looked nice) I would say that they need to double check the levels on the pool on the indoor due to the over powering chemical smell. I under pools are strong smelling but sometime when the smell is extremely pungent it maybe due to excessive bacteria grow. (Not saying that is what is happening but it can be suspicious). The only negative of the stay is the lighting within the room. It only has 1 light on the ceiling and 3 lamps for the room. The bathroom has its own which was sufficient for those areas. But over all we enjoyed the hotel and would stay again."

"The room was dirty. The sheets for the sofa bed had stains on it, no extra blankets for the sofa bed. Towels were stained and not enough for a family of five. The staff wouldn’t help my 17 year old grandson when the vending machines took his money (I was at Dollywood when this occurred). The safe didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work. We checked from Friday to Sunday and nobody offered to fix anything. Will never stay there again."
