“The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. The location is rather easy to find with GPS, and once you get used to the tiny uphill road, you're good. Incredibly close to shopping, entertainment, the Nat'l Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
