“I rented for 6 days since my daughter was having an operation at Montreal Children's hospital and i needed to be close by and her have her own room she could rest in while she was recovering. The apartment was clean and the pictures are accurate. The grocery store is right around the corner, the pharmacy across the street from the grocery store and the dollar store is about a 7 minute walk. There are many restaurants with amazing food close by.”

“Note: apartment is on 4th floor & there is no elevator. Laundry is communal, coin operated & on the ground floor.Great neighbourhood with all amenities close by. Well appointed apartment with all we needed for our 2 night stay.Sam kept in touch to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.”

“The property was clean and adequately furnished. We used it as a "base" for sleeping and bathing. We did not cook because our schedule kept us away 14 hours each day but the kitchen is furnished well enough for making meals. Beds were comfortable. There are two window air conditioning units but the apartment was cool enough that we did not use them. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Close access to buses which ran regularly and on schedule.”
