“We enjoyed the apartment, its facilities and proximity to a metro station. The property manager was always quick to reply to any question we had and always helpful. The only surprise we had was to find out the apartment is slightly below street level and a family lives above it.”

“The location is great. Close to a metro station so it is easy to het downtown. There are great dinning options. There is also the canal right by and marche Atwater. Love the neighborhood. We were there on a weekend and it was a little noisy. Not quite as nice as in the pictures, and does not feel very homy.”

“This ground floor apartment is a great location for exploring downtown and Old Montreal. Very walkable with many restaurants, transit and grocery stores around it. Beds were comfortable and appliances worked great. No problems parking on the street even with construction around the area going on (wasn’t noisy either.)”
