This magnificent farm house is situated on a beautiful 28 acre pocket of land just a short drive from the renowned beaches of Crescent Head.  
  
Features include the swimming pool, tennis court, polished hard-wood floors, slow-combustion fireplace, extensive undercover deck area, open-plan living and the property is welcome to pets.  
  
The impressive 3 bedroom homestead is the highlight of the property, tastefully renovated with timeless floor to ceiling stone feature walls an obvious standout.  
  
The open plan living and dining area boasts the perfect spot for family and friends to come together for a daytime or evening meal, with the lounges surrounding the generously sized tv and breakfast bar providing ample seating for a comfortable, relaxed get together for breakfast or evening drinks.  
  
The keen cook will be more than satisfied with the well-equipped kitchen finished expertly with classic wooden bench-tops, large oven with gas stove top and generous breakfast bar area that makes for the perfect place to serve their guests.  
  
The three bedrooms are well lit by a plethora of natural light and are sufficiently equipped for the warmer weather with ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom boasts an impressive en suite with modern finishes, where you will also find the separate washing machine and dryer. There is a second bathroom at the property which features stunning floor to ceiling stone walls.   
  
Whether it be summer or winter you are assured a comfortable stay with ample cooling from ceiling fans and air-conditioning to escape the heat, and the slow combustion fireplace providing the perfect place to cosy up around on those cooler winter nights.  
  
As you step outside onto the covered veranda and extensive deck area the property really comes to life. The undercover deck overlooks the stunning pool making it the perfect spot for afternoon entertaining, a morning coffee or late-night family activities.
