“Great little motel close to Black Moshannon State park & a few minutes from State college. The rooms were clean, comfy & well maintained. The shower was large, with plenty of hot water. The restaurant at the property was a pleasant surprise, thought it would just be sandwiches & pub food but full menu with many options. Every dish we had was excellent!”

“This house is in a great location for outdoor fun. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had good communication with owner. Nearby bars have really good bar food and the Dollar General has what you need to make breakfast.”

“We stayed here for one night on a trip. The room was clean-ish, but it was recently poorly renovated and there was a lot of construction debris, the bathroom door was hung wrong and didn't shut, and the sofa bed was like sleeping on bare springs. The breakfast was good and well stocked. If you need a spot to sleep, the Hilton beds are always comfortable. But the overall feel was a bit neglected and poorly redone.”
