“Cranes is within walking distance to everything (Food, beach, entertainment etc). The staff are extremely helpful and the beach chairs provided were awesome. The hotel is spotless and has many little places where families can hang out together rain or shine. The downside were the mosquitos. The hotel offers plenty bug spray but it’s no match. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. ”

“Great place for our weekend stay. We stayed in Unit 1, nice ground floor unit. Nice touches available in the room, like a first aid kit, and other hygienic need items. Unit was very clean, and air conditioning was great. Furniture is dated, but I would consider it a vintage style look. Nice short walk to beach. We would not hesitate to stay again! ”

“Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all. ”

“This property was perfect in so many ways. I do not do a lot of reviews but this property is worth reviewing. Devin is a great property owner and is very responsive to any communication via the VBRO Chat. The layout of the room gave us more than enough space with 2 adults and 2 young adult children. The bedrooms, closets, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and balcony offered a great view of the ocean, inland waterway and city. The beach is beautiful and Devin even has 2 beach chairs……

“Views from the 8th floor balcony were incredible, and the layout of the room made it seem bigger than it was. The property is gorgeous and very clean. However, the floor in the room and the giant bathtub looked like they both needed a good scrubbing. The water pressure in the shower was weak and disappointing, as well as the upper limit on the water temperature; it should've gotten much hotter. Even so, we really enjoyed our stay here.
