“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……

“Zimmer was das, was wir gebucht haben. Meerblick Standard Zimmer. Größe war OK, Badezimmer hätte etwas praktischer sein können.
Personal immer top höflich und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung im Zimmer wie gebucht, den rest des hotels kann ich nicht bewerten, da off-deason und nicht alles angeboten wurde und wir auch nicht genutzt haben ”
